Dreamweaver CS3 Fails on Startup Causing My Head to Explode

Not really, but it sure was frustrating. There appears to be an issue with CSS files with a size in multiples of 8192. Adobe knows about it and has it in Know Issues in the notes for the product. Unfortunately, I have over 140 Managed Sites in my application so it was just easier to upgrade to CS4. You win Adobe!
