Creating Isolated Applications in IIS 6

I looked high and low for explanations on how to isolate and cluster applications deployed on IIS 6 using CFENT 8. I could find a bunch of over-generalized explainations of how Apache and CFENT 8 play together and further searching revealed a number of companies that will teach you how to do it for $2000 to $4000.

So, I requested a new server from IT to be placed in the server room, got out the Adobe documentation (written for Apache) and started writing my own Red Books on Multi-server deployment, Application Isolation, Clustering and sourceless Java bytecode deployment.
