When developing an application, many things are considered. âWhat do we intend to do?â or âWhy would a customer or user consider us over the competition?â are usually the questions asked in a new venture. Usually the stakeholder provides all these answers. However, more times than not, the outcome of the best planned project can fall short. The reasons vary but in many cases it can be attributed to one person providing the scope or mission statement for the project or having the technical aspects of the project drafted first and the reasons for doing the project considered last.

In many of the blog entries I will write I will put a lot of focus on heuristics and team involvement in project management and development. I hope you will find this interesting and I welcome your comments. I still intend to develop some projects and I will do my best to create some real-world scenarios and avoid the common widget or foo-bar way of presenting solutions.

Creating the Google oAuth connector will allow your site to accept a visitor's gmail credentials. I have built a testing harness you are all free to play with.
