Welcome

Recently, I left the field of application development to take a new job as a UI/UX developer.
Over the past 10 years I have been fortunate to have work with a number of great teams and I have learned a lot while I pursued a Masterâs Degree in Human Factors. In many of the blog entries I will write I will put a lot of focus on heuristics and team involvement in project management and development. I hope you will find this interesting and I welcome your comments. I still intend to develop some projects and I will do my best to create some real-world scenarios and avoid the common widget or foo-bar way of presenting solutions. It is my opinion that they simply donât work and frustrate the novice and expert developer alike.
So first, let me present to you a laundry list of tools that I use on a day-to-day basis that help me organize and create the ideas that will eventually become a product. Organization it key in completing a project on time; but perhaps more so, I value a good storyboard that will help the stake holder see what the ultimate vision is proposed. In the end this will save lots of money in clearing issues before the code is set.
